We completely understand the excitement of preparing for your planned IVF cycle and the desire to secure your IVF Essential Starter Kit in advance. Our commitment to transparency means we’ll keep you informed as soon as the kits become available. Your journey matters deeply to us, and while inventory fluctuations happen, we’re dedicated to supporting you.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
RETURN POLICY
At Love. Comfort. & Hope., we regret that we cannot accommodate returns. However, if any concerns arise with your order, please reach out to us via email at customercare@lovecomfortandhope.com within 7 days of delivery. We’re committed to working with you to find a resolution.
Please note, Love. Comfort. & Hope. holds no liability for damages caused by weather conditions, postal carrier handling, or incidents occurring after the package is delivered by the carrier.
REFUND
All kits are non-refundable.
GIFTS
If your item was initially marked as a gift during purchase and directly shipped to you, any replacement items will also be sent to your address. However, if the item wasn’t labeled as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order delivered to their address to present to you later, replacement items will be shipped to the original giver’s address.

DELIVERY TIME
If the delivery time has exceeded the projected time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
INSURANCE
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
P.O. Box Shipping
Love. Comfort. & Hope. will be unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
SALES TAX
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed in the cart at checkout.
CANCELLATIONS
After placing your order, you can cancel your order anytime before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of an order. We operate on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excepton national holidays at which time our office will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Military Address Shipping
We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
